Head of demanding large-scale projects in industry, plant/machine construction, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, life science or logistics, from user needs analysis to planning phase to execution and commissioning Professional leadership and further development of the respective interdisciplinary project teams, in particular in project management Takeover of project management functions for the overall view of the project incl. Production, installations, buildings and technical building equipment Taking the role as the first respondent of our customers incl. Presentation of workshops with a wide range of stakeholders Leading interface between decision-makers on the customer side and the project team across the entire project history Acquiring new projects and independent networking

Complete study of the field of civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, utility technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management of construction projects, ideally desirable from EPC/EPCM projects of industry (e.g. manufacturing industry, plant/machine construction, automotive, semiconductor manufacturing etc.) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Joy of continuous network expansion as well as skill and persuasiveness in interaction with different project participants Personality with passion, vision and expertise, as well as a high self-initiative, enforcement strength and negotiation skills High mobility and willingness to project-related travel throughout the federal territory
