The high-quality wood firing systems in the performance range from 100kW to 3000kW are produced from development to completion in their own factory in Detmold. We are a specialist in the requirements of the wood processing industry as well as for biomass fueling systems in heat grids. Development of existing plant concepts Development and construction of wood combustion plants, boilers and their components Conducting technical calculations Strength calculations, thermodynamic and fire engineering calculations

Development and maintenance of calculation and design tools, for example in Excel, VBA, Python Ensuring the correct technical design and constructive quality of our designs Development of design guidelines and technical standards Close cooperation with sales, service and production in technical issues Further development of methods and standards in the field of responsibility Development of the design environment and embedding in the ERP system

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, process engineering or comparable (Bachelor / Master) Multiannual professional experience in plant or equipment construction, ideally in the field of boilers or furnaces Technical problem-solving competence and joy in creative new developments Proven experience in product development in machine and plant engineering Good knowledge of the application of the relevant technical regulations Printer Directive or the respective harmonised standards Very good Excel knowledge, ideally VBA or Python Experience with pressure-bearing components and the relevant control mechanisms (e.g. EN13445, EN12953, AD 2000) Analytical and Structured Operation Good communicative skills and joy in team collaboration Ability to understand complex technical relationships Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1/C2) with a pronounced ability to provide precise, and address-oriented communication – both internally and in exchange with customers and suppliers
