Do you enjoy transforming complex data into meaningful information and want to actively contribute to the control of performance and financial processes with sound analyses? As a BI / Reporting Specialist in performance and financial controlling, you play a central role at the interface between data, controlling and management. With your reports and evaluations, you create transparency, support strategic decisions and actively shape the further development of our reporting and BI structures – in full or part-time at a minimum working week of 25 hours.

Support of the project team in implementing TIP HCe Working with the new concept of internal and external reporting and its continuous development Expansion of fully automated reporting Coordination and close cooperation with Data Warehouse users from the various departments Detection of potentials and optimization of existing reporting processes

Completed economic or health studies or commercial/medical training Multiannual professional experience in hospital controlling as well as in the analysis and optimization of operational processes are prerequisites Very good Excel knowledge and experience with Data Warehouse systems Practical experience with the ORBIS Hospital Information System and the BI tool TIP HCe are desirable High interest in clinical and business issues associated with the ability to analyse and prepare them structuredly High commitment, initiative, team spirit, communication strength and considerable care
