You create clarity in complex themes, actively contribute to the strategic positioning and support our management in developing targeted approaches to important market partners, from associations and chambers to pharmacies, doctors and other actors: in the health sector. In close cooperation with the management and various delegations in our headquarters, you will support our clients – strategic, analytical and effective.

You analyse economic, market-based and professional development in health, with a focus on pharmacies and on the medical field, and derive detailed options for action. You coordinate and structure economic, health and market-based evaluations and make them available. You prepare complex content in a comprehensible and addressable manner, both for internal deci­sion processes and for external communication (e.g. presentations, presentations, social media). You contribute to strategic issues in the field of economics, law, politics and professional policy. You design and create professional presentations for management, market partners and public administration. You help to build, maintain and develop contacts with associations, chambers and other market players. You work project-related and use modern tools (including data banks, Excel, AI tools, presentation software) for efficient and structured work.

You have completed their studies, e.g. in Health Economics, Business Administration, Economics, Economics, Economics and Social Sciences, and a comparable qualification with professional experience. You communicate safely, both in writing and oral, and always meet the right sound for different target groups. You deal with data, spreadsheets, data banks and modern digi­tal and AI-based tools. You bring political and professional sense, ideally related to health. You understand economistic and juristicic relationships and can arrange them in a larger context. You work precisely, stress-resistant and self-sufficiently and keep an eye on complex issues. You have pronounced analytical capabilities and can clearly struc­ture and represent complex relationships. You are team-ready, engaged – and bring together a positive basic attitude and humor.
