Reporting Manager (m/w/d) Job ID 76062 | Location Heidenheim Your duties You are responsible for the maintenance of the Commercial Vehicles Account Plan (Add, Submissions, etc.) and for ensuring the harmonisation between Consis and TM1 accounts. This includes the management of the consis and TM1 accounts in accordance with the commercial vehicle account plan. You are also responsible for carrying out a simplified debt consolidation for the monthly financial statements. You act as a central contact for the regional financial managers in relation to the monthly reporting packages. Manage and review Manual uploads of reporting packages, if necessary, monitor a possible interface to the BI application and manage or track plausibility checks together with regional financial managers. The analysis of data, the execution of audits as well as the creation of daily, monthly and annual reports, within TM1, you also take over. You can also support forecasting and budgeting in TM1 (rolling 3-month forecast and annual budgeting). The creation and monitoring of TM1 dashboards for checking by the Head of Controlling and the CFO falls into your task area. You are the interface to the Group Accounting & Outsourcing Manager for GAAP recognition in Konsis and TM1. You are also responsible for ensuring the continuous technical improvement of data checks and plausibility checks. The monitoring and development of the most important reports in the field of Commercial Vehicles (10 Overview, 12 Order & Revenue, 16 Investment, 17 Employees, 18 &19 BS, 20 Profit and Loss Accounts) are also your responsibility. You take over the construction and maintenance of a new profit-center structure when the possible change (conversion of NB and P&S to product lines) is decided.

Your profile You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or comparable; a master's degree or certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is advantageous. You also have a well-founded knowledge of the principles and practices of financial management. You bring proven experience with consolidation software and financial planning/reporting tools such as TM1 (SAP) in the automotive industry. You can also demonstrate knowledge of financial software (IBM Cognos TM1, IDL Konsis), Power-BI and Microsoft Office Suite. We presuppose fluent English and German knowledge in word and writing; other foreign languages are of advantage. Personally, you are characterized by your excellent analytical skills, your pronounced communication and interpersonal skills and your problem-solving competence.
