You receive and serve visitors, customers and suppliers and ensure smooth operations during defined service times at the reception. You coordinate the receipt of goods and support the central fleet service. You process general inquiries, accept phone calls and forward them. You coordinate visitor registrations and support internal votes. You organise and maintain the reception and meeting areas, including any hostages. You support administrative activities such as post-processing and appointments.

completed vocational training as well as experience in reception, secretariat and/or service, also from the hotel industry friendly, service-oriented appearance and pronounced communication skills Reliability, organizational design and a structured and independent working routined handling of common office applications as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
