In our team of work preparation, you play a central role in the organization and control of our building land projects. As a communicative link between external service and project management, you ensure that all threads merge and the projects are prepared smoothly. The following tasks await you with us: Acquisition and verification of authorisations from authorities and other bodies Coordination and organisation of exploration activities in the area Management and maintenance of project information in digital systems (e.g. CAD, GIS) queries on underground lines and potential danger areas appointments with service providers and internal parties Maintenance and updating of our databases Work for our field service and project management

You have a completed training – ideally in the technical, commercial or geoscientific field (e.g. Bauzeichner:in, Technical:r Zeichner:in, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Geotechniker:in) Quereinsteiger: Inside with organizational talent and interest in construction projects are welcome You bring curiosity for planning processes and project processes and have ideally gained first experience in project processing or order coordination You like to work structured and independent, keep track of multiple tasks and make priorities meaningful You are happy to communicate with various project participants and coordinate processes You are reliable, responsive to contact and bring a solution-oriented approach You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and are sure to use digital tools
