Maintenance and improvement work on building equipment – Implementation of small repairs and repairs – Support for improvement measures to ensure smooth operation Implementation of controls and documentation of technical installations – Regular tours and functional controls – logging of states, tests and measures in the intended systems Condition control of the property and ensuring the operation of technical facilities – Monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other technical facilities – Notification of defects and initiation of appropriate steps in coordination with the object line Customer-oriented care and services directly on site – Contact (w/m/d) for tenants, users and customers in the property – Support for technical questions and service-oriented problem solving

Complete craft or technical training (e.g. electricians, plant mechanics SHK, locksmiths, mechatronics technicians) or multiannual experience in the home or Operating technology Basic knowledge of building technology and maintenance of technical installations High service orientation, friendly and safe occurrence on site Structured, careful and reliable operation Pleasure of practical work in the object as well as dealing with customers and service providers Good knowledge of German in word and writing
