Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of employees in the group at different locations as well as orientation of the group to the Group, Division and Divisional Goals Full responsibility for the worldwide production, maintenance and development of service documentation (operating instructions, service manuals) for end users (internal and external customers) according to standards and regulations and KPIs Full responsibility for the worldwide execution of service reports on Jungheinrich products and the creation, provision and maintenance of the maintenance database incl. Time recordings for customer service Responsible management of digital transformation projects up to implementation including Change management as part of the expansion to a “Technical Information 4.0” organization (including XML-to-HTML processes, multimedia extensions (videos, 3D data)) Strengthening and intensifying cooperation with international sales units (S1–S6), relevant after-sales and group areas (including TTD/TRD, CPP) Building and ensuring a direct and continuous customer engagement/orientation in the group Active cooperation in various cross-departmental projects and programs (such as ZELOS, optimized maintenance, DEEP) Presentation of results on management in regular steering committees Regular participation in Jungheinrich-Gremien and representation of customer service interests Developing innovative and sustainable solutions for after sales

Complete technical studies Multiannual professional experience in operational service with relevant leadership experience Funded knowledge in the production of high-quality, technical service documentation and expert opinions according to prior art Insufficient experience in managing (international) projects in the field of service documentation Fast detection of complex facts and concepts as well as the ability to communicate them easily with new media High self-motivation, initiative and independent working Very good English skills International readiness
