You work in a pedagogical manner in the team of the Lilalu holiday programs in Munich and actively contribute your ideas and experiences. You support, develop and design the conceptual and organizational orientation of the Lilalu holiday programs. You develop educational-didactic concepts for the care offers. You win volunteers, introduce them and accompany them in the Lilalu holiday programs. You plan and conduct educational basic seminars.

You have a completed study of social education or a comparable qualification. You work on their own initiative as well as on their own and are characterised by a structured working method. You bring well-founded knowledge and experience in the field of child and youth education. You are team-ready and have a high level of communication, cooperation and conflict. You have experience in project management and convince by organisational skills. You meet cooperation partners in a sovereign manner and adapt your communication specifically to the respective contact person. You communicate safely in word and writing and perform professionally. You have secure user knowledge in the current MS Office programs.
