Integrated planning of the projects is an important part of the successful development of Aurubis AG at the Hamburg site. The Engineering Department makes a big contribution to this by planning, designing and implementing investment projects. You assume the tasks and responsibilities of the current team leader in the first half of 2027 after a phase of incorporation. In this position, you will lead a team of project managers and develop your team and its qualifications. With your team, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of electrical, and automation technology for investment measures and projects in plant engineering in all phases of the project. You take over resource planning according to the prioritization of projects and measures coordinated with the production plants. The implementation of work security regulations will ensure your responsibility. For individual projects, you will also be a project manager. The coordination of interfaces to other areas is also one of your tasks. You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and processes of projects and planning processes.

You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering or comparable studies. You have many years of professional experience as a project manager in the field of electrical engineering in the vicinity of production facilities and bring extensive knowledge and experience in the planning and realization of projects. You have leadership experience, as far as possible in industrial plant construction or comparable environment. You have knowledge in the areas of process control systems (ideally ABB Freelance), SPS controls (S7/TIA) and drive technology. Your knowledge in MS Office and SAP are good.
