GLS Germany is now looking for a permanent employee at the Neuenstein site in Osthessen (system headquarters)

Trainer / Coach für Lagermitarbeiter (m/d) Unlimited in full time

In this position, you take over the leadership of a small coaching team and, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the incorporation, training and continuous development of our employees.

In our main envelope (HUB) we work in two layers running from 09:30 to 18:00 and from 19:00 to 02:00. So that you can accompany and coach both teams as best as possible, it is ideal if you are present in a period between 14:00 and 00:00. Both layers can be covered well. However, the exact classification is flexible and is individually coordinated with you.
