Machine operation: operation and monitoring of CNC-controlled milling and turning machines for manufacturing high-precision vehicle components Set-up processes: performing independent set-up processes and setting of machines for new production orders Quality Assurance: Testing the manufactured workpieces with common measuring devices and ensuring compliance with quality standards Troubleshooting: Analysis of error messages and troubleshooting minor disturbances directly in the process

Profile Qualification: successfully completed training in a metal profession, e.g. as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification Experience: First experience in operating CNC machines are very advantageous Layer readiness: readiness to work in multilayer operation (e.g. 2-layer or 3-layer) Operation: Reliability, craftsmanship and high quality awareness
