These challenges include: Content support in the further development and quality assurance of the MB.OS Excellence System Transformation Program Research, preparation and structured documentation of lean and Agile methods as well as best practices for use in the program Preparation and preparation of workshops and events related to program updates and Activity Owner collaboration Preparation and maintenance of presentations in German and English (MS PowerPoint) Support in the design and implementation of change communication measures incl. Contributions to the Social Intranet Support in the development and maintenance of the central knowledge platform on SharePoint: structuring, content management, usability improvements Support in the documentation and version of program contents (Confluence, possibly GitHub) Support in the creation of dashboards and reports to visualize transformation progress using BI tools (e.g. Power BI or EazyBI) Processing and analysis of data from survey tools (e.g. Menti, MS Forms) and Jira to support maturity assessments The activity can begin from June 2026.

Programme of Business Informatics, Economics, Information Management or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint First experiences with collaboration tools like Confluence or Jira Interest in AI tools and their practical use in everyday work Knowledge or pronounced affinity for BI tools (Power BI, EazyBI or comparable) of advantage Knowledge of SharePoint administration or GitHub are a plus Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working
