For our brokers:in our open team office you are the first contact person:in. You coordinate appointments, meetings and events and ensure efficient internal and external communication. Despite the dynamics of day-to-day business, you keep the activities of the brokers: inside and our azubis always in view and have everything in your mind. The creation of presentations & statistics is easy for you and you can safely deal with Outlook and common office applications. Thanks to your structured way of working, you always keep an overview in an agile environment. You work independently and introduce your ideas & creativity to continuously improve processes and communication. The exchange with internal and external contacts, both in writing and by telephone, is of course for you. Together in the team we reach a lot and are constantly developing.

Self-employed and targeted action Successfully completed training and already experience in a comparable assistance function Sovereign and friendly appearance as well as high resilience Perfect German in Word and Writing at Level C1
