Central contact person for our customer and responsibility for the operator management as well as ensuring the contractual services in the technical facility management Responsibility of all maintenance and testing operations and performance and quality control of personal and external services Acceptance and coordination of subcontractor performance Monitoring of statutory audit periods and requirements as well as warranty, defect and damage management Ensuring the timely elimination of all occurring defects and their release to the customer/if applicable the authorities Reports as part of monthly reports for internal purposes and customers Supply of control, project services and repair services Organisation of personnel deployment, takeover of staff management and leadership of the team on site
