Plant mechanic HVAC - Heating technology / customer service (m/f/d)

The fact that our boilers and furnaces are significantly below all the required limits is obvious. You are the face to the customer and are responsible for the professional commissioning, maintenance and repair of our heating systems directly on site. With the help of modern diagnostic software, you analyse technical disorders and independently initiate the necessary steps for troubleshooting. Your practical feedback is crucial: you document your service tasks and work closely with the development department to continuously improve our products. You advise our customers: competently to optimally use the plants and carry out technical instructions to ensure smooth operation.

You have completed training as a heating or electric master:in, technician:in, engineer:in or a comparable qualification with first professional experience in the technical service. In direct customer contact, you can convince by your communicative and service-oriented way and work as independent as well as reliable. You bring good PC knowledge to digitally maintain service reports and documentation. For smooth communication with customers and in the team, you can master German at a very good level. Basic English skills are a plus, but not a must.
