From now on we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in our technical facility management with the focus on building maintenance at our site in Wuppertal in full-time (40 week hours).

You take over the planning and implementation of measures for the maintenance and optimization of construction structures. Your responsibility lies in compliance with standards, guidelines and safety standards, including the necessary documentation, as well as monitoring operator responsibility. You forgot services, tax external service providers and are available as the first respondent. As part of quality assurance, you check the quality of the work done by our service providers.

You have completed technical training, e.g. as a construction technician (m/w/d). Ideally, you have professional experience in technical building management or building maintenance and bring basic commercial knowledge. Your work is characterized by a high team capacity and a noticeable service and service orientation. An independent way of working and good communication skills are of course for you. Ideally, you have a passenger car license (at least class B).
