• In your position, you will take care of the planning, control and appointment of your own service providers and service providers from other Bechtle system houses.
• You take the examination of the utilisation of the service providers as well as the billing of services by means of the goods management system (Navision).
• You coordinate simple customer projects in cooperation with technical and sales departments.
• You are responsible for compiling evaluations and statistics from the ticket and goods management system.
• Last but not least, you will take care of the examination and processing of service requests from sales, escalation management and contract management.
