Preparation of plastic injection moulding machine for production Assembly of the necessary injection molding tools Monitoring and correction of injection molding plants during operation and process parameters such as injection pressure, temperature and solidification time Examination of the mouldings for dimensional accuracy and other quality features and optimization of the process parameters Maintenance, valuation and cleaning of plastic injection moulding systems Advisory function for new projects in the field of gel development Implementation of sample and development orders Feedback to project managers

A completed training as a procedural mechanic Experience in the above mentioned area of responsibility Willingness to acquire the necessary qualifications Reliability Self-employed and motivated work Concentration Professional and structured working methods Quality and responsibility
