Your duties

You support human resources in a predominantly legal field of activity and provide comprehensive and competent advice and support to the group's organisational units in all matters relating to social law and, in particular, social insurance law. You develop social legislation, concepts and target processes on the basis of their own research into current legislative changes and the development of the highest judicial system in social security law. In addition, you contribute to the implementation of social insurance legislation in the Group and carry out internal information events as well as workshops from classical presentation to interactive media (e.g. videos). You supervise the company's audits in social security law. In addition, you represent the Group's organisational units in administrative procedures vis-à-vis social security institutions and are representatives of the Group before the Social Court.

Your profile

• Full-time lawyer/syndicus attorney (m/w/d), preferably with a focus on social law, in particular deepened knowledge in social security law
• Long-term professional experience in the above-mentioned priority areas
• Ideal: Specialist in Social Security Law (m/w/d) or also completed theoretical course in Social Law, practical experience in legal counselling from a social insurance law-oriented law firm or from a legal function with a social security institution with a corresponding activity focus
• readiness to work in adjacent legal areas
• Routinized in creating presentations and fit in MS Office
• Safe and sympathetic team players with pronounced social and consulting skills and negotiation skills
• Communication strength and the ability to communicate complex legal issues
• Individual initiative, reliability, targeted, committed and a sympathetic appearance
