As a home technician (m/w/d) in Schwerin, you make sure that buildings, technology and outdoor facilities work reliably and that guests and employees can always rely on a well-maintained environment.

• In the field of daily home technology, you will take control, care and maintenance work on technical facilities, furniture and room equipment.
• Smaller repairs and technical deficiencies are carried out independently and conscientiously.
• Meeting rooms are available for seminars, conferences and various events.
• The maintenance of the building as well as the maintenance of outdoor and green facilities are also part of your varied tasks.
• In the winter service you arrange for safe paths and a well-maintained plot.
• In addition, you coordinate and control waste disposal and assist in driving services and car maintenance.
• In everyday work, you work closely with the team and keep in mind technical, organizational and practical procedures at any time.

We are looking for

For the position as a home technician (m/w/d) in Schwerin, you are a good addition to the team when you bring handcrafted talent and perform tasks reliably.

• You have a completed training in a craft field or an equivalent practical qualification.
• First professional experience in the technical or craft environment is a plus, but with an entry profile with 0–3 years of experience it is not absolutely necessary.
• Knowledge in MS Office helps you to perform organizational tasks safely.
• A strong technical understanding as well as the safe handling of tools, devices and systems complement your profile.
• Communication strength and team capacity are important to ensure that cooperation in working life runs smoothly.
• Flexibility and loadability help you keep track of changing requirements.
• It is also important to have an independent working method, a sense of responsibility and a friendly appearance.
• The specified working hours are full-time or part-time, depending on the individual agreement.
• The shift models can include morning, afternoon, evening and full-time models.
