For the location in Heidelberg Pfaffengrund we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) / specialist contract and complaint processing (m/w/d) with sound SAP knowledge.

Offer and order processing including ensuring a smooth process Implementation of internal and external correspondence in German and English Independent and solution-oriented complaint processing Supporting internal and external customers for technical, order-related and payment-relevant concerns Coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g. sales, service, spare parts) to ensure efficient solutions and increase customer satisfaction

You have completed commercial vocational training You bring relevant professional experience in order processing, customer service or in a comparable position with You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing You have a well-founded knowledge about SAP (especially in the SD module)
