Construction Manager Intersection Structures Structural Engineering (a*)

You take over the building contractor's representation for cross-structural structures with a focus on constructive engineering and accompany sub-projects from the first idea to the structural implementation. You are responsible for subprojects in the HOAI performance phases 1 to 8 and you are responsible for a professionally sound, economic and timely implementation. You control new construction, rebuilding and maintenance measures on structural structures and accompany the planning and construction activities in the field of construction engineering. You create technical tender documents for planning, construction and delivery services and support the purchase in the award process, in particular in offering clarification and expert evaluation. You tax the commissioned engineering offices, experts and executive companies and monitor the quality, dates and technical requirements of the services provided. You agree with authorities, property owners as well as other management and network operators and bring technical clarifications together with internal departments.

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, ideally focusing on constructive engineering, steel construction or a comparable subject. You ideally have several years of professional experience in the planning, construction monitoring, testing or execution of steel constructions or comparable engineering structures. You know the relevant technical regulations and can use the Eurocode 2, 3 and 4 safely in practice. You bring experience in cooperation with engineering offices, construction companies and other project participants. You work structured, targeted and with a good technical understanding of economic and sustainable solutions. You will also keep an overview of complex projects and address tasks independently and carefully. You can communicate clearly, work in the team and understand how to combine different interests in the project work. You own a class B license.
