• As Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d), you can provide medium-sized to large business customers with interest and FX derivatives, structured money market facilities and securities, in particular to plain-vanilla products, structured or hybrid products.
• They acquire new customers and take over both the expansion and maintenance of our existing business relationships - from industry to corporate subsidiaries to institutional customers from real estate and infrastructure projects.
• They analyse customer-specific information from business or visit reports, develop structured solution approaches - also in the portfolio context - and derive written backup strategies as well as sound action recommendations.
• You develop business ideas, consulting concepts and sales measures for your customer segment, create presentations or Mails and organize customer events.
• You collect and book your negotiated transactions in the corresponding systems, develop process optimization tools (Excel, Access) and work with project groups.

This will bring you

• Successful business studies or a comparable academic degree
• Multiannual sales experience in the capital market business with focus on interest and FX derivatives in the context of the above-mentioned customer segments *Responsible knowledge in the consulting business with private customers up to suitable counterparties according to MiFID and comprehensive product knowledge in the capital market business, e.g. in structures, derivatives, ABS, Money Market or Spreads
• Expertise in the balance sheet analysis and the legal framework of the respective customer group: supervisory law, compliance, EMIR etc.
• Consistent with negotiation technology and complaint management, supplemented by the willingness to travel
• Routine in dealing with MS Office and front office systems
• Very good German and reliable English in word and writing
