Analysis, structured recording and evaluation of technical requirements for the pay billing in SAP HCM Creating technical and technical solutions in close cooperation with developers Control and coordination of development orders, processes and projects in the SAP HCM environment Planning, moderation and documentation of workshops with different user groups

studies of administrative science, public management, business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification; as an alternative to a commercial or administrative training with multi-year professional experience in pay accounting Multiannual professional experience in pay billing with SAP HCM (Payroll), ideal as SAP HCM Key User Good knowledge of collective bargaining, salary and social security law, preferably in public service, as well as interest in IT processes and good technical understanding Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced communication and team capability; Experience in IT projects is beneficial Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
