Ready for the next professional step in the pharmaceutical industry? Then take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of our team in controlling! Your mission: the development of the team, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal resource planning. From a technical point of view, you are responsible for budget planning, forecasting and medium-term planning, provide a structured and transparent planning process and analyze plan-actual deviations in order to derive control-relevant measures. In addition, you design internal reporting, create and optimize reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses, implete modern reporting tools such as Power BI and drive the automation of evaluations. Trustfully, you work in your role with finance, management and operational depreciations, support disciplines in financial issues and continuously develop controlling processes, methods and cost center, cost center and process cost accounting. You will also contribute to the management and further development of the company by carrying out investment calculations, scenario analyses and business cases, as well as the support of ERP optimizations and controlling-relevant projects, with your actions being recorded in clear reports, analyses and documentation.

Graduate in Business Administration/BWL, Finance or Controlling or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, of which as many years as possible Advantage: insights into the production or life science/pharmacology environment Secure handling of ERP systems, reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and MS Excel A communication-proof, self-confident leader with pronounced analytical skills
