Company profile Our business partner specializes in the construction of special machines. We are looking for a machining mechanic (m/w/d)!

Tasks

Installation, operation and independent programming of chassis milling machines: SHW UF6L with Heidenhein control (iTNC530); Zayer Kairos 8000 with turntable and change head control iTNC640

• Deep hole drilling, drilling and milling of components up to 60 tonnes
• Processing of high-quality components -recognising and eliminating technical disturbances
• Implementation of measures of direct quality assurance before, during and after drilling and milling -Maintenance of our milling machines

Requirements profile

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification -Experience with large parts (from 3000mm length and over 600mm in diameter) -Sure understanding of complex technical drawings -Reliability, reliability and durability -Team and communication skills

• Problem solving competence and responsibility -Engagement and openness
• layer readiness for 2-layer (or 3-layer from Monday - Saturdays)
