Consultant Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

Project Control & Management: You tax and manage cross-site construction and real estate projects – from the first idea to implementation – and keeps in mind quality, costs and appointments. Process management Construction & operation: You are structuring, optimizing and accompanying central processes around construction, planning, approval and operation and ensuring efficient processes. Facility management – technical control: You take the technical responsibility for our facility management and develop existing structures for your own and rented objects. Interface management & coordination: You are the central contact person for internal and external participants – also in technical questions. Location & Development of Use: You work with location analyses, demand planning and usage and operator concepts and actively contribute your expertise. Contract, Cost & Budget Control: You coordinate alerts, tax orders and support budget planning and control for construction and maintenance. Stock management & technical transparency: You are responsible for structured inventory and ensure compliance with all relevant technical, legal and operational requirements.

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering, real estate management, architecture, facility management, or a comparable qualification, and bringing well-founded professional experience in the construction and real estate world. You are familiar with processes in the building industry – from planning and approval to implementation – and can safely exchange yourself with specialist planners, trade unions and other stakeholders. You have experience in managing projects or subprojects and understand how to advance complex topics structuredly. You think networked, work independently and take responsibility for results. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level – even in demanding voting situations. You are safe in dealing with relevant rules, digital tools (e.g. MS Office, ideally CAFM systems) and brings a good technical understanding. You own the class B driver's license and you have the willingness to travel. You have a positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser.
