Your task area

• Culinary responsibility for all areas of daily production
• Direct guest contact in the free-flow area
• Participation in conference and guest events and events of all kinds
• Self-employed goods and structured goods management
• Cost control & responsibility for the use of goods
• Guided tour and further development of your kitchen and service team

Your strengths

• Completed training as cook / cook
• Experience in the kitchen, ideally also in conductive function
• Joy in handling guests and working in the team
• appreciation for fresh, handcrafted cuisine
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and creativity
• Basic knowledge of employee management
• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) desirable, but not mandatory
