A completed university degree in social work, social education, pedagogy or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Security in handling complex case constellations Empathic and appreciative way of working with clients Flexibility, readiness for innovation and willingness to continue professional training Self-employed working, resilience and organizational skills Teamability, safe occurrence and pronounced communicative skills Good PC knowledge and safe handling of digital tools The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
