Your duties

• Collecting, cleaning and mechanical/manual rinsing of Tableware, cutlery and kitchenware
• ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace and continuous cleaning of all kitchen surfaces
• Professional operation, cleaning and care of dishwashers and kitchen appliances
• Consistent implementation and compliance with legal hygiene and HACCP Guidelines

Our requirements

• First professional experience in the kitchen or gastronomy of Advantages
• Reliable, thorough and active operation
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP Guidelines
• Good German skills for team voting
