Become part of our team in the integral planning and design sustainable residential and office buildings in the GOLDBECK system. As a design engineer / specialist planner (m/w/d) with the focus on electrical engineering, you will design the technical solutions that bring our buildings to life. With your expertise you provide efficient and future-oriented electrical systems. Your tasks include:

Electrical engineering planning: You develop electrical systems from design planning and take over the execution, detail and workshop planning of electrical engineering systems for our turnkey construction projects in the GOLDBECK system Economic know-how: calculation and design of building equipment with software support Modern electrical installations: You design guide details and overview plans for the planning and implementation of high- and low-voltage systems, lighting and safety systems as well as other electrical components in the indoor and outdoor areas Precision in the design: You are using finished laying plans and individual parts drawings for the installation of cable trays, lines and electrical systems – so that everything works smoothly on the construction site Material coordination and planning: You create performance directories for tenders, after-contracting and assembly – so you have the entire electrical engineering in mind and ensure a timely execution Planning with modern tools: You use Revit and other CAD tools for model and database-oriented planning and integrate them into our BIM strategy to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, building engineering, civil engineering or comparable training (in the technical drawing or in the field of technical system planning), preferably focusing on electrical engineering Professional experience in accounting, design and execution planning of project building projects Knowledge of BIM planning methods and ERP systems desirable Great interest in constructive issues, economic and interdisciplinary solutions and team success in building Self-employed as well as project- and solution-oriented work that contributes to the overall motivation in the project team High engagement in communication strength and team spirit Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
