Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Review of new and existing business partners/assets in compliance with statutory due diligence obligations Support of the Compliance Officer in carrying out the required compliance risk management at company level Support in managing, implementing, updating and optimizing the written order of the compliance function Support in the implementation/development of risk analyses to identify potential risks in the area of money laundering prevention Identification and assessment of the materiality of new legal and regulatory requirements Monitoring and further development of control actions according to control plan and governance structures to comply with regulatory requirements Advising management and employees as well as expert support for projects on compliance topics Support for further automation and digitization of the work processes of the compliance function

Complete study of economic, legal or political sciences or comparable qualifications Mind. 3-5 years of professional experience in compliance with a ManCo/AIFM or compliance-related consulting area with a focus on money laundering prevention Knowledge of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements in the fund environment German and English fluent in word and writing; other foreign languages of advantage Safe handling of specialist screening and search tools (including LSEG World-Check, Dow Jones, OSINT) Team-oriented and independent working with strong communication strength and high commitment
