Senior Project Engineer Documentation and Interface Management

At the next time, we are looking for you as a senior project engineer:in documentation and interface management (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG in the project section East of the 2nd S-Bahn train station at the Munich site. In this position you take a central role in the technical project management of one of the most important infrastructure projects in the region. Analyze, control and optimise document management in the project Active driving of standards and cooperation as well as developing independently of a holistic documentation concept. This concerns both business operations and remote / hybrid work, including efficient processes and clear interfaces Documentation of the project with adequate systems and resources. Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university degree in project/system engineering (economy engineering, civil engineering,) in the IT field, (documents/information management) or a comparable field or Qualifications At best, you bring a multiannual professional experience in a comparable function and have a detectable experience in the document or Information management as well as structuring large data/file quantities You have a secure handling of document management systems, MS Office 365 (incl. power applications), the application of corresponding tools (Jira) and are routined in SharePoint or DMS-based processes Analytical thinking, responsiveness, communication and moderation strength as well as a structured way of working characterize you You are motivated to create order with the help of digital systems and regulated processes and score points with your affinity for IT systems and fun at work in the team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile We live a high presence culture in the project and hope you share the interest of personal exchange (3-4 days a week at the office in Munich)
