Process Mechanic - Injection Molding / Plastics Technology (m/f/d)

You are testing and aligning our modern plastic injection moulding machines as well as the associated peripheral devices, thus ensuring a smooth production start. You actively accompany series production, carry out independent quality checks and release production in coordination with the team. You analyze ongoing production processes, identify self-improving potentials and eliminate disruptions to continuously increase our efficiency and product quality. You are responsible for the operation of the handling equipment and ensure high installation availability through regular maintenance and maintenance work.

You have a completed training as a process mechanic (m/w/d) for plastic and rubber technology or you have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first experience in brushing and setting up plastic injection moulding machines. A careful, quality-conscious and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You are ready to work in the layer system and bring the necessary flexibility. Good knowledge of German (at least B1) for smooth communication in the team are required.
