Technical monitoring and project management in LPH 8 with focus on electrical engineering (KG400) Professional leadership and further development of the project team Economic taxes of construction projects, supervision of construction design and safe use of cost/return and change management Coordinating the interfaces between project teams, technical structures and building structures Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety measures Support the acquisition for new projects

Complete studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology a comparable study or master Technicians of the Department of Electro Multiannual professional experience in building management, object monitoring or planning, first leadership experience desirable Safe handling of VOB and technical regulations Good German and ideally good English skills Willingness to project-related travel and regional construction sites Self-responsible operation, enforcement capacity and good sense for people and technical relationships
