Order Management & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You process orders: order acquisition, control, time tracking and coordination with logistics. You conduct telephone and written correspondence with new and existing customers (national and international). You're begging the customer master files and stocklists.

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. in wholesale/external trade management, as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), in shipping/logistics or the like. You bring first professional experience in the sales service, purchasing or in a comparable commercial role – ideally in the field of industrial goods/trade. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally have experience with goods management systems. You are safe in communication with employees and customers. You work structured and independent. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing; further foreign language skills are advantageous.
