For our administration in Kerpen-Horrem we are looking for a commercial employee (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with a focus on IT in full time (38 hours/week). In your role, you ensure that our IT systems work stable, safe and practical – both in administration and at our school locations. At the same time, you actively participate in the further development of our digital processes and bring your own ideas into play. Who we are For more than 20 years, we have been active as a freelance of youth aid in the field of all-day school - with heart, attitude and a healthy portion of humor. More than 350 dedicated employees work at around 30 school locations to ensure that school is more than teaching. We create open spaces, promote talents and offer children and young people reliable well-being places - in the open day, in the morning care and in our holiday offers. Your working environment Our IT infrastructure is based on a local server environment in administration, complemented by cloud-based applications (e.g. Microsoft 365). In administration and at our school locations we operate fully equipped workstations with laptops, monitors and mobile devices.

Participation in the further development and optimization of our IT and digitization processes, in particular in the field of digital applications (e.g. online contract solutions, e.g. with Google Drive and apps for end users) Analysis and Solution of Hard and Software Problems (First Level Support) Coordination of support and repair services with external service providers Inventory, maintenance and administration of terminals (notebooks, PCs, smartphones, monitors, printers and accessories) Regular creation of backups on external devices Support in compliance with data protection requirements

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with IT reference First practical experience in IT support or system support Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common operating systems Basic understanding of networks, IT security and data protection Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and joy in working with different teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
