You control important data such as contact persons, delivery dates, articles, quantities and order numbers and correct them if necessary. Customer documents are assigned to the correct categories and checked for completeness and plausibility. You process faulty orders, requests and data messages daily and ensure smooth further processing. Together with internal contacts, you work to improve processes and continuously increase the quality of the data.
