International Buyer - Pharmaceutical Raw Materials / India (m/f/d)

You identify, select and qualify existing and new suppliers and manufacturers You ask Indian suppliers and manufacturers You negotiate, close and arrange purchase contracts, including the coordination of logistics, in close coordination with the sale and settlement department You qualify new suppliers according to the requirements of quality management and provide quality-relevant documentation You can secure the processing of purchase contracts You communicate with suppliers and manufacturers via phone and email in Indian and English You represent the company at international trade fairs in the industry

You have a commercial training and, if necessary, an additional qualification You bring a socio-cultural background from India with You speak Hindi, English and German fluent (B2/C1) You have first professional experience in the area of purchasing, as far as possible in a medium-sized company You have experiences in purchasing pharmaceutical ingredients or dietary supplement raw materials You work in a structured team and self-responsibility You show a high degree of self-initiative and self-motivation You have an open, communicative way as well as pronounced negotiation skills You have very good MS Office skills You are ready to travel internationally
