Lawyer for successful notary's office (m/w/d)*

Our client is an established, centrally located notary with clear specialisation in demanding contract design and comprehensive mandate management. In a modern, collegial environment, clients are accompanied in a reliable and structured manner by notary processes - from the design phase to complete completion. You independently undertake the preparation, processing and completion of notarial documents and legal processes. You design and examine contracts to prepare them for the final assessment by the notaries. As an experienced colleague, you work at the interface to the notaries and secure the legal quality of the processes. You lead the correspondence with Mandant: inside, authorities, courts and other parties in their own right. You fully support your mandates – from the first contact point to the full implementation. You bring structure into the processes and act as a reliable contact person for legal details.

You have a degree in law (Diplom / Bachelor/ Master / Full Law), ideally with a focus on business law or the like, and have professional experience in the Notariat. You bring experience in contract design as well as the support of mandates and notarial daily business. You work structured, carefully and responsibly – with high quality standards. You are communication-strong, team-ready and enjoy personal contact with clients.
