Leadership & Team Development: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, control and coordinate the cooperation and promote the individual development of your employees. You are responsible for your team. Strategy & corporate governance: You implement the department strategy in your area of responsibility and are responsible for compliance with economic planning and relevant key figures in coordination with the department management. In case of deviations, you initiate appropriate measures and support the department management in the investment preparation process. Process and quality management: You are responsible for the determination and optimization of standards and processes and ensure their compliance. In addition, you will create concepts, reports and evaluations for your responsibility. Budget & Resource Management: You're driving for an economic budget implementation and efficient resource use within your team. Construction projects & innovations: You are responsible for implementing the project assignments coordinated with the department management, coordinating and accompanying construction projects as well as refurbishment. In addition, you are the first respondent in process disorders and interface topics in the area of responsibility and identify relevant trends and innovations that you implement in line with the department goals.

Qualification: You have a university degree, for example in the fields of architecture or civil engineering. Alternatively, you will bring a comparable qualified vocational training. Professional experience: You have extensive knowledge and skills in your field, which you have acquired through many years of professional experience or professional training. Ideally, you could already gain experience in a leadership function. Expertise & Skills: You bring basic knowledge of the housing industry and have knowledge of VOB, HOAI and the building and planning law. In addition, you are sure to deal with the current MS Office applications. Personal competencies: You convince by your communication strength, work in a solution-oriented manner and have a pronounced enforcement capability. A systematic way of working completes your profile. Language competence: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings, presentations and written correspondence.
