Work security is your top priority! With your responsible action, you are actively contributing to the implementation of our “Vision Zero” strategy. You monitor, service and control our supply systems and ensure safe and reliable operation. You will cover, among other things, refrigeration, compressed air, thermo-oil, water, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems as well as the technical building equipment. You carry out control and inspection rounds and check systems for functionality and operational safety. You take preventive and condition-oriented maintenance measures and support installations and reconstructions. You can document faults, repairs, maintenance and audits and take you into audits as well as quality, hygiene, environmental and energy management measures. You enter into foreign companies and work with technical projects, acceptances and plant optimizations.

You have a completed technical training, for example as a refrigeration engineer:in, plant mechanic:in SHK, electronic engineer:in for energy and building engineering, industrial mechanic:in, mechatronic:in or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have practical experience in building or house engineering or in technical maintenance. A specific minimum number of professional years is not required. You have good technical understanding and craftsmanship and can judge technical relationships analytically. You work independently, accurately and reliably and keep a cool head even in case of malfunctions. You have basic knowledge of MS Office. Experiences with maintenance software or SAP PM are a plus. You are ready to work in the shift system as well as to take on call readiness and occasional weekend wages.
