Hands-on Mentality: Whether as a barista in the preparation of coffee specialties, in the area of the counter or in the service - you pack yourself up and make sure everything goes round. Implementation of ideas: Central-side cafe concepts are used together with your team and implemented with a view to detail. Quality in focus: You make sure that our standards are complied with – from the outlet behind the scenes to the presentation of the products for our guests. Leadership: You work closely with your department management, take responsibility and grow step by step into your role. In doing so, you will gain first leadership experience, bring your own ideas and make sure that new team members have a great start and find themselves quickly.

Your educational path: You have completed training in the commercial or gastronomic field or a comparable study. First professional experience is a plus – but not a must. Your strengths: You are motivated, service-oriented, organizationally strong and like to pack up – but keep the peace when it comes to turbulent. Your profile: You like to work in the team, know how to motivate your crew and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
