• You lead a sales team of currently four employees in civil engineering, develop them further and are contact persons in the daily business • You are responsible for the overall result in civil engineering, have the most important key figures in mind and are in close cooperation with the location manager • You support and advise your own tribe of existing customers comprehensively, identify potentials and realize these • You are responsible for the care of suppliers in coordination with the headquarters and are in regular exchange in the daily business • You are responsible for the targeted processing of complaints and continuously optimize existing processes

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial training or have a comparable qualification (complete welcome) • You have well-founded knowledge in the field of civil engineering and bring expertise from building materials trading • You were able to gain (first) leadership experience, are communication-strong, empathic and like to work in the team • You act in a structured manner with a high self-motivation and are transposition-oriented • You think and work in a solution-oriented manner, like to deal with new topics and have a hand-on mentality
