As Stellv. Technical Directorin is responsible for supporting the technical manager at the annually recurring DAkkS auditing as well as ensuring compliance with standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17020 & 17025 in NRW. You take responsibility as Deputy Technical Directorin an officially recognised monitoring organisation in accordance with Appendix VIIIb para. 5 StVZO, including professional management of test engineers and specialist consultants. Ensuring the quality and safety of applied procedures and services and monitoring compliance with the quality management system is your responsibility. You are responsible for specialist supervision of the use of test equipment and equipment for testing services (HU (§29) and amendments (§19 (3)). Constructive exchange with authorities and representation of the Technical Director of the TSO in bodies such as the Working Group of Experience Exchange (AKE) is one of your tasks.

Successfully completed training as a test engineerin accordance with VIIIb StVZO and several years of professional experience in this function Extensive knowledge of the organisational processes of a monitoring organisation and of the respective services and tasks of the vehicle inspection Experience in quality management, internal projects, experience as an auditorin First leadership experience or experience in controlling teams of advantage Impressed communication skills and conflict resolution, high motivation and persuasiveness Germany-wide readiness to travel
