Software Developer Web-Application (m/f/d)

In the Scrum team, you develop sophisticated features and technical solutions for our cloud-based web applications – depending on your personal focus in the backend, frontend or full stack. Together with experienced colleagues, you design software architecture, interfaces and technical foundations for scalable mobile and web clients. You work with modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot and Angular and introduce your know-how across the entire software life cycle – from conception to implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support. You actively promote technical quality, such as clean design, code reviews, automated tests, and comprehensible and helpful documentation. You bring your experience into architectural and technology decisions and support the team to develop sustainable, robust and sustainable solutions. You support us in the development of AI and Agentic Coding in the team and shape the next stage of software development with us. With your code you support our customers: to save lives!

For several years, you have well-founded practical experience in the development of modern web applications – either in the backend with Java and Spring Boot, in the front end with angular or across the entire stack. You feel comfortable in more complex software landscapes and bring a good sense of clean architecture, predictable code and technical quality. Continuous integration and modern development tools are everyday life for you; with Git, Jenkins, Jira, IntelliJ IDEA or similar tools you go routined around. It gives you pleasure to work in a cross-functional, agile software team. Your ideas and solutions are your own responsibility as a communicative team player and are professionally able to support less experienced colleagues. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience with AI-based or agentic development, for example when using AI tools for code generation, analysis, automation or acceleration of development processes. A completed university degree or a comparable qualification, for example in the field of computer science, software engineering or mathematics, complete your profile.
