Participation in Major Projects Consulting (MPC) in the organisation, planning and implementation of projects and programmes Support in the preparation, implementation and documentation of workshops Participation in the optimization of business models, the development of portfolio strategies and the creation of higher-level project reporting Creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g. Visio diagrams, organizational manuals, process landscapes, protocols) Acquisition of other project tasks
