Take responsibility in one of the two areas: Customs: Control and monitoring of all customs import processes and cooperation with authorities and external partners. Invoicing: Responsibility for the correct and timely creation of import-relevant invoices as well as ensuring high billing quality. Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of a team within import operations. Control and ensure efficient, high-quality and timely operational processes in the respective responsibility area. Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and continuous optimization of existing processes and processes. Ensuring transparent and proactive communication with internal and external interfaces. Promoting a smooth flow of information and a successful cross-border cooperation. Analysis of operational key figures and identification and implementation of improvement measures. Successfully completed training or studies in the field of shipping, logistics, transport or a comparable field of expertise. Professional experience in import operations, ideally focusing on custom, customs processing, invoicing or transport logistics. Analytical thinking as well as experience in handling key figures and data analysis.
